About the Author

Born in small town USA of mother who is a Psychopath/narcissist

2 sisters
1 brother

All of the adult children struggle with all or a combination of the following: substance dependence, depression, anxiety, PTSD, rage, borderline traits if not the full blown disorder, one is a covert narcissist (the golden child (big surprise)), and low self esteem, low or no self image.

I am five years into my recovery, and in what I am calling phase three. It feels good to be this far. Nice feeling peaceful most of the time, having a handle on stress and anxiety, and being cured of a lifetime of binge eating.

Anger and FEAR is all but gone!!

Very happy to be here, and I hope more of you will find this journey helpful.
